Sage and onion stuffed boneless loin of free range pork

Lean but with lovely crackling, this boneless loin of  pork is stuffed with hand mixed sage and onion stuffing making it easy on the eye and even easier to carve! A 1kg joint will feed around 4 people, a 1.5kg joint will feed approx 6 and a 2kg joint will feed up to 8 people.
