Finalist in Food and Drink Awards(July 29, 2012)
Our homecured bacon has been shortlisted for the best artisan product in this year's Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards. Made using award winning Blythburgh pork and our own dry cure, this is bacon as bacon should be.
The winner of the award will be decided following a public tasting at theNorthamptonshire Food Show at Holdenby House over the August bank holiday and announced at an awards ceremony in November. If you're at a loose end on the 26 or 27 Aug, the Northamptonshire Food Show is a wonderful day out not just for foodies but for the whole family - come along and taste our bacon!
